When the summer heat becomes too unbearable, open the tap and wait until the tub is filled. Yep, soaking in the tub is one of the best ways to battle the heat. If that is not an immediate option, a refreshing foot bath will do.

Make sure you have the right essential oils to help you stay calm and cool amidst the heat. Peppermint oil, for example, could be added to your foot spa to make your feet feel a lot cooler.
